Luminary works at three levels simultaneously: business strategy, founder identity, and energetics. This means the work begins with you as a person before it ever touches your business structure. Susan's belief is that the friction in the business is almost always rooted in something inside the founder. How does that land for you?
There is no wrong answer here. Some people arrive having done years of this kind of work. Others arrive primarily from a strategy background and are newer to the identity layer. Both are welcome. Susan just wants to know where you are starting from.
