Information you provide directly includes your name and email address when you opt in to receive the Revenue Autopsy results or any other free resource, your name, email address, and payment information when you purchase a product or program through our website, business and personal information you submit through application forms for our group programs or private mentorship, and information you submit through contact forms or inquiry forms on the site.
